Orders & Shipping

Where can you ship to?

At checkout we currently only offer shipping to:

  • Mainland UK
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle Of Wight
  • Northern Ireland

When will my order to arrive?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day! Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We will ship your orders using either Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or DPD (these options are selectable at checkout).

Although we have next day Royal Mail options sometimes there are courier delays that are out of our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link to track progress of your delivery.

Can I amend my order?

If you need to cancel or amend an order please get in touch as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can amend or cancel your order right away. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will need to wait until it has been delivered to arrange a refund.
